Terms of Service

Keystrella helps real estate agents and brokerages upload listing photos, create social media posts, route them for approval, schedule them, and publish them to connected accounts such as Instagram and Facebook. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Account admins control who joins, what they can do, and whether their posts need approval. Admins are responsible for the people they invite.

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees and extra packs are non-refundable except where required by law. Extra packs expire at the end of the billing month in which they're bought.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
• If a payment fails, we may limit your account until it's resolved.

Each plan includes limits on people, active listings, photo uploads and AI captions. When you reach a limit, you can upgrade or buy an extra pack. We won't delete content because you reached a limit.

You own the photos, listing information and posts you add ("your content"). You give us permission to store, copy, resize, watermark, display and publish your content only as needed to provide Keystrella to you, including posting it to the accounts you connect.

You confirm that:

• You have the rights to the photos and information you upload, including permission from photographers and sellers where required.
• Your posts follow fair housing laws, MLS and brokerage rules, advertising and licensing rules, and the rules of each social platform.
• Listing information you post is accurate and up to date.

Keystrella's reminders, approval steps and AI suggestions are tools to help you. They are not legal advice, and you remain responsible for what you publish.

AI features may suggest room tags, photo rankings and captions. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review and edit them before posting.

Publishing depends on Instagram, Facebook and other services we don't control. Their rules, outages or changes may delay or prevent posts. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Don't use Keystrella to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or post discriminatory, misleading or harmful content;
• upload malware, attack or overload the service, or try to get around plan limits or security;
• access other accounts' data, or resell the service without our written permission.

You can stop using Keystrella at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to download your content first.

Keystrella is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don't guarantee that posts will reach any audience or produce any result.

To the extent allowed by law, Keystrella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought against us arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify account admins before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Keystrella after that means you accept the updated terms.
