Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider), your brokerage or business name, and your role on the account.

Content you add. Listing photos, property details (address, price, beds, baths and similar), captions, hashtags, post schedules, your logo and brand settings, and comments or approvals.

Connected social accounts. If you connect Instagram or Facebook, we receive the account or Page name and an access token that lets us publish posts you approve. Tokens are encrypted, and we use them only to publish and to check that the connection still works. We do not read your private messages, followers or other content.

Billing information. When paid plans are available, payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive your plan, payment status and the last digits of your card, never your full card number.

Usage and technical information. A record of actions taken in your account (for example, who approved a post), usage counts for your plan, and basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.

• To provide Keystrella: store your photos, build and schedule posts, and publish them where you tell us to.
• To send account emails such as invitations, password resets, approval requests and posting notices.
• To enforce plan limits, process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To fix problems, keep the service secure and improve it.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or content to advertise to anyone.

If AI features are turned on for your account, the photos and property details involved are sent to our AI provider to suggest room tags, rank photos and draft captions. The provider processes this data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it to train its models. You always review AI suggestions before anything is posted.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Keystrella, and only as needed:

• Hosting and storage: Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database, logins and photo storage).
• Email: our email delivery provider, to send account and notification emails.
• Publishing: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and, where used, Upload-Post, a posting service that delivers approved posts to those platforms.
• AI: Anthropic, when AI features are on.
• Payments: Stripe, when paid plans are available.

Within your Keystrella account, your teammates and admins can see the listings, photos and posts shared with them. Posts you publish become public on the platforms you choose. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy would continue to apply).

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete connections such as Facebook login. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your information while your account is active. When an account is deleted, we delete its photos, posts and personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations. Backups are overwritten on a regular schedule.

• You can view and edit your account and content in Keystrella at any time.
• You can disconnect Instagram or Facebook from the Social page whenever you like.
• You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. See Data Deletion or email support@keystrella.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We'll honor valid requests.

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for social media tokens, access rules that keep each account's data separate, and private photo storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Keystrella is for real estate professionals and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and let account admins know by email or in the app before the changes take effect.
