Questions

Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every account starts with 14 days free, and you don't need a card. Brokerages and teams can invite agents during the trial.
What happens when I reach a limit?: Keystrella tells you before you get there: the usage bars turn yellow at 80%. At the limit, you can upgrade your plan or buy an extra pack. Nothing you've already made is affected.
Do sold listings count toward my limit?: No. Only listings on the market count. Mark a listing Sold or Withdrawn and its slot frees up right away.
What counts as a person on the account?: Everyone who can sign in, plus invitations that haven't been accepted yet. Remove someone's access and their spot opens up.
When do photo and caption limits reset?: At the start of each billing month. Extra packs last until the end of the month you buy them in.
